Abstract
The Lost Book of Pi is a symbolic and poetic work that weaves together science, memory, and spirituality. Everything begins with a dream: the Earth is threatened by a shadow that erases empathy and thought, and only a book written according to the rule of π can save it. From that dream begins a journey through the folds of time and knowledge in search of eleven fragments — and later additional, mysterious sections — each constructed following the digits of π, as if the truth of the universe were hidden within that endless sequence.

Each fragment explores a theme of existence — origin, identity, knowledge, love, memory, faith, music, future, wisdom — binding them into a tapestry that connects the land of Irpinia and the laboratories of Olivetti, flesh and silicon, family memory and artificial intelligence.

Through an essential yet visionary language, Montanile offers a profound reflection on the human condition in the digital age: only by restoring the harmony between reason and emotion, between roots and algorithms, can humanity rediscover itself and the meaning of its own story.
